Car went in, they rang & said that they thought it was my brakes. Then apparently it was something to do with my spark plugs!!! Subsequently a week later I can't drive my car because something wrong with the brakes!! car has to go in again??????
Faultless attention to detail by extremely courteous staff atWollaston. They were most efficient solving a problem with a door lock.The car was returned valeted and spotless. Andrew Woodhouse took the trouble to ring me later to ensure I was happy.

My car had to be kept at mini for between 7-10 days which wasn't expected but the team kept in contact with me to inform me of what was happening and also arranged for me to have a replacement vehicle very promptly

The Mini arrived well ahead of schedule, and the entire process was quick, efficient and professional.
The whole experience from walking into the showroom in Northampton, to the car handover. We were given several cars to test drive, nothing was too much trouble, and no hassle.

I was very thrilled at having my new Mini until I went to collect it and then my day went down hill. It had been valeted so they tell me, but on looking round the car in the showroom the polish had been put on but not buffed off in numerous places.
Easy to deal with
The car was not completely ready on pickup and we had to take car back the following week to have GardX applied.
Easy to do business with, returned calls, did what they said they would when they said they would, spent time working out the right solution for me.
Identified the problem however it took 2 days just to find a puncture
